We refer to the notification letter from GOLDENTREE ASSET MANAGEMENT LP (KY) with the following announcement(s).
1. VOLUNTARY EVENT
Please note that investors are called upon to take part in the following voluntary event which will be effective/take place on 20/05/2026:
Your consent is needed to certain amendments to the offering and governing documents of the Fund regarding expense terms, key person special redemption rights and deemed consent. Please complete, sign and return the Consent Form attached as Exhibit A and the signature page no later than September 30, 2026. In the event that you do not provide your consent to the updated terms described above and set forth in the updated fund documents, it is expected that the Board of Directors will compulsorily redeem all of your Shares from the Fund effective as of December 31, 2026.
