We refer to the notification letter from GOLDMAN SACHS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 21/05/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 20/05/2025.
Base Prospectus will be amended to:
1) add a new section 3.26 to inform Shareholders that the Fund will have the possibility to make available NRS Shares;
2) update Section 7 Investment Adviser to include a disclosure explaining that the respective list of Affiliated and third-party Sub-Advisers appointed by the Investment Adviser.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 21/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU0622305505 GS EMERGING MARKETS CORPORATE BOND PORTFOLIO "BS" (USD) ACC
• LU1932893719 GS EMERGING MARKETS CORPORATE BOND PORTFOLIO "OCS" (HKD) INC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 20/05/2025.
ESG: The PCDs will be updated to:
1) amend the environmental characteristics;
2) indicate that the Portfolio may use financial derivative instruments for liquidity, investment or hedging purposes but not to, except for single named credit default swaps, attain the environmental or social characteristics promoted by the Portfolio;
3) introduce minor clerical amendments.
