We refer to the notification letter from GOLDMAN SACHS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. SOFT-CLOSURE.


Effective from 22/01/2025, the following fund/s is/are closed to subscriptions from new clients. Existing investors may still subscribe.

• LU2475587056 GS JAPAN EQUITY PARTNERS PORTFOLIO "OCS" (HKDHDG) SNAP ACC
• LU2405385399 GS JAPAN EQUITY PARTNERS PORTFOLIO "OCS" (USD) ACC (SNAP)

As from the Effective Date, the Portfolio will therefore be closed for subscriptions by new investors at the discretion of the board of Goldman Sachs Funds. The Portfolio’s soft closure does not impact existing shareholders1 (the “Existing Shareholders”), who will be able to increase their investment and reinvest any dividends.This soft closure will be reassessed as soon as it is considered that subscriptions to the Portfolio from new investors can be managed without impairing the interests of Existing Shareholders
