We refer to the notification letter from GOLDMAN SACHS INTL (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 14/04/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- IE00BL0BL736 GS USD TREASURY LIQUID RESERVES "IAT" (USD) ACC (T)
- IE00BL0BL405 GS STERLING LIQUID RESERVES. "INST ACC T"(GBP) AC
- IE00BHC9JR32 GOLDMAN SACHS US$ LIQUID RESERVES "IAT" (USD) ACC (T)
Certain changes are being made in order to: address new requirements in respect of the use of liquidity management tools under Directive (EU) 2024/927 (“UCITS VI”); and include certain minor passage of time and tidy-up changes. In relation to the use of liquidity management tools under UCITS VI, updates are being made to reflect the introduction of new redemption gate provisions, which provide that if redemption requests on any Dealing Cycle represent 10% or more of the Net Asset Value of a Fund, the Management Company may, in its discretion, refuse to redeem any Shares in excess of 10% of the Net Asset Value.
