Notice to Shareholders from GQG (IE) - 22/05/2025
We refer to the notification letter from GQG (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 19/05/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• IE00BH480R51 GQG PARTNERS GLOBAL EQUITY "I" (USD) ACC
(i) update to the address of the Investment Manager;
(ii) updates to the biographies of the Directors of Bridge Fund Management Limited, the UCITS management company of the ICAV;
(iii) updates to the regulated markets section,
(iv) updates the list of sub-custodians.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 19/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• IE00BH480R51 GQG PARTNERS GLOBAL EQUITY "I" (USD) ACC
Clarification: GQG Partners LLC considers a removal of the current portfolio exclusion of investment in companies that derive more than 25% of their revenue from tobacco is in the best interests of shareholders. Accordingly, the Supplements have been updated to remove this exclusion from the investment policy.
