We refer to the notification letter from HARBOURVEST (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 01/03/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- LU2710194247 HarbourVest Global Private Solution
The Board has approved an extension of the Early Investor Share Class Offering for the Diversified Private Equity Fund. Previously scheduled to conclude on the 1 December 2025 Trade Date, the Early Investor Share Class Offering will now remain open through to the 1 February 2026 Trade Date. This provides two additional subscription windows at the early investor fee terms - Trade Date 1 January 2026 and Trade Date 1 February 2026. Following the conclusion of the Early Investor Share Classes Offering, the Subsequent Share Class Offering will now be available from Trade Date 1 March 2026 onwards.
Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
