Notice to Shareholders from HENDERSON GLOBAL INV LTD (LU) - 13/08/2025
We refer to the notification letter from HENDERSON GLOBAL INV LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 08/09/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1897414303 JANUS HENDERSON HORIZON BIOTECHNOLOGY "A2" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 05/09/2025.
ESG: the Fund currently promotes environmental and / or social characteristics pursuant to article 8 of the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 SFDR and it will also adopt a new commitment to also invest a minimum percentage of its net asset value in sustainable investments: 10%. In addition, the minimum thresholds used by the Biotechnology Fund to assess compliance of the fund’s environmental or social characteristics will be updated to 70% of corporate issuers held with an ESG rating of BB or above.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 13/08/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

ESG clarification: The section of the Prospectus titled "Principal Adverse Impacts – All Funds" will be revised to clarify that the Management Company will consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors, in accordance with the regime outlined in Article 4 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
