We refer to the notification letter from HENDERSON MGMNT (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE OF INVESTMENT ADVISOR.
Effective from 30/10/2024, JANUS HENDERSON INVESTORS UK LIMITED will be appointed as new Investment advisor of the below fund/s:
- JANUS HENDERSON CAPITAL FUNDS PLC
Affected ISIN code/s as follows:
• IE00B4R5TH58 JANUS HENDERSON GLOBAL LIFE SCIENCES "A2" (HKD) ACC
• IE00BFRSYJ83 JANUS HENDERSON GLOBAL LIFE SCIENCES "H2" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 29/10/2024.
Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited is currently a Sub-Investment Adviser and a Distributor of the Company. In order to benefit from operational efficiencies, it will be appointed as an additional Investment Adviser to the Company, alongside Janus Henderson Investors International Limited. The paragraph titled “The Sub Investment Adviser” in each Fund Supplement will be removed.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 30/10/2024, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:

• IE00B4R5TH58 JANUS HENDERSON GLOBAL LIFE SCIENCES "A2" (HKD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 29/10/2024.
Clarification: The existing 10% limit on derivatives use for investment purposes, as disclosed in the Supplement will be removed.
