1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 14/08/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

The following resolutions were passed at the AGM held on 6 August 2025:
a) ordinary resolution to receive and consider the reports of the directors and of the auditors and the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 and to review the Company’s affairs.
b) ordinary resolution to re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors of the Company to hold office for the period ending at the conclusion of the next AGM.
c) ordinary resolution to fix the remuneration of the auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, for the period ending at the conclusion of the next AGM.
ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means.
Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
