The Prospectus will be updated to reflect the addition of cash as an asset class within the portion of the non-equity investments of the Janus Henderson Balanced Fund and the Janus Henderson US Balanced 2026 Fund.30% - 65% of the Fund’s net asset value will be invested in Debt Securities, loan participations or cash.
