Notice to Shareholders from HSBC GLOBAL AM (HK) - 10/2/2026
We refer to the notification letter from HSBC GLOBAL AM (HK) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 05/02/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- HK0000349560 HSBC ASIAN HIGH YIELD BOND FUND "AM2" (HKD) INC
- HK0000349578 HSBC ASIAN HIGH YIELD BOND FUND "AM2" (USD) INC
- HK0000349545 HSBC ASIAN HIGH YIELD BOND FUND "AC" (HKD) ACC
Material change: The investment policy of the Sub-Fund has been updated to remove the reference that the Sub-Fund’s investment in contingent convertible securities is not expected to exceed 5%. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no change to the maximum investment limit of 10% in contingent convertible securities for the Sub-Fund as stated in the investment policy.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 05/02/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- HK0000349545 HSBC ASIAN HIGH YIELD BOND FUND "AC" (HKD) ACC
- HK0000349578 HSBC ASIAN HIGH YIELD BOND FUND "AM2" (USD) INC
- HK0000349560 HSBC ASIAN HIGH YIELD BOND FUND "AM2" (HKD) INC
The Explanatory Memorandum has been updated to revise tax, risk and conflict‑of‑interest disclosures, refresh the Manager’s directors list, update the Trustee’s profile, and include other general amendments.
