Notice to Shareholders from HSBC GLOBAL AM (HK) - 19/8/2026
We refer to the notification letter from HSBC GLOBAL AM (HK) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 05/09/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- HK0000846805 HSBC GLOBAL MONEY FUNDS RENMINBI "C" (CNY) ACC
1)Recognition of daily interest of assets shall commence on the calendar day following acquisition.2) Investors are eligible for dividends from the calendar day after they successfully subscribe up to and including the day of redemption.3) the Manager will cease to notify Unitholders when and where the annual and semi-annual reports are available each time they are published.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 05/09/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- HK0000846805 HSBC GLOBAL MONEY FUNDS RENMINBI "C" (CNY) ACC
The Explanatory Memorandum has been updated to provide that the Sub-Funds may be subject to the application of investment exclusions according to the Manager’s Responsible Investment Policies
