Notice to Shareholders from HSBC GLOBAL FUNDS ICAV (IE) - 22/09/2025
We refer to the notification letter from HSBC GLOBAL FUNDS ICAV (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. DEREGISTRATION.
Effective from 31/12/2025, the below fund/s will no longer be registered for sale in United Kingdom.
• IE00BJXS6M75 GLOBAL AGGREGATE BOND UCITS ETF "HC" (HKD) ACC
• IE00BJXS6P07 HSBC GLOBAL CORPORATE BOND UCITS ETF "HCH" (HKD) ACC
• IE00BH4GHK17 GLOBAL EMERGING MARKET GOVERNMENT BOND INDEX "HCH" (HKD) ACC
• IE00BJLML261 HSBC GLOBAL EQUITY INDEX "HCH" (HKD) ACC
• IE00BK4W5M84 HSBC GLOBAL FUNDS ICAV US EQUITY INDEX "HC" (HKD) ACC
Certain share classes (please see appendix 1) are being deregistered from UK marketing and won’t transition from the TMPR to the OFR. Investors can keep their shares, but they won’t be actively marketed or distributed in the UK. From 31 December 2025, these share classes may lose UK reporting fund status, potentially affecting tax treatment. ***IMPORTANT: Investors may redeem or switch shares before 31 December 2025 if needed.
2. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 31/12/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
