Please note that investors are called upon to take part in the following voluntary event which will be effective/take place on 05/10/2026:
A Repurchase Offer has been launched to acquire up to 991,571 Class I shares of HPS Corporate Lending Fund at USD 20.17 per share in cash. The offer price represents a 17.5% discount to the latest available NAV of USD 24.45 (31 July 2026). Investors must submit their election by 23 October 2026 (operational deadline), while the underlying offer will remain open until 3 November 2026, unless extended. Shareholders may tender all or part of their holdings and withdraw their acceptance before expiration. If the offer is oversubscribed, purchases may be made on a pro rata basis.
