We refer to the notification letter from ICAPITAL ADVISORS LLC (KY) with the following announcement(s).
UPDATE
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 21/09/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- KYG4737U1572 iCapital - HPS CORPORATE LENDING OFFSHORE ACCESS FUND SP 1 (Dis)
- KYG4737U1408 iCapital - HPS CORPORATE LENDING OFFSHORE ACCESS FUND SP 1
The Underlying Fund received repurchase requests equal to 11.5% of outstanding shares, exceeding its 5% quarterly limit for the third consecutive quarter. As a result, only up to 5% of shares (about $600m) will be repurchased. The Company will accept shareholder repurchase requests only to the extent accepted by the Underlying Fund. All requests will be reduced pro rata, and proceeds distributed proportionally. Unfulfilled amounts will not roll over and investors must submit a new request for the next repurchase date, which remains subject to the same limits.
