We refer to the notification letter from ICAPITAL LUXEMBOURG STRATEGIES SCA (LU) with the following announcement(s).

The notice informs shareholders that following a tender offer by the Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Fund, only approximately 31% of repurchase requests submitted for March 31, 2026 were accepted, resulting in pro rata proration. Unfulfilled repurchase requests expire and do not carry forward. You may elect to resubmit your Repurchase Request for a subsequent Repurchase Date, on or before the close of business 10 business days prior to the applicable Repurchase Date.
