We refer to the notification letter from INVESCO GLOBAL AM LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 30/10/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2750360997 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (AUDHDG) INC
- LU2750360641 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (GBPHDG) INC
- LU2708677237 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "C" (USD) INC
- LU2750360724 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (EURHDG) INC
Clarification: Please note that the Fund will invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of global equity securities. Furthermore, clarification has been added to better describe the Fund’s options-based overlay strategy, implemented via fully funded equity-linked notes (ELNs), which is designed to enhance overall portfolio income.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 30/10/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

Please note the miscellaneous updates clarify the SICAV’s ESG risk integration process and the availability of “A,” “E,” and “R” share classes in the Prospectus.
