We refer to the notification letter from INVESCO GLOBAL AM LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 30/04/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2750360997 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (AUDHDG) INC
- LU2471134952 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (CNYHDG) INC
- LU2708677237 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "C" (USD) INC
- LU2750360724 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (EURHDG) INC
- LU2750360641 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (GBPHDG) INC
Update of the pre-contractual disclosures in Prospectus: -Update of the Good governance process. In addion, the value of investments and the income generated from investment can fluctuate (this may partly be the result of exchange rate fluctuations). Investors may not get back the full amount invested.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.

ESG: The indicators to measure the portion of sustainable investments for the following sub-funds will be updated in the pre-contractual disclosures (Appendix B).The Fund makes sustainable investments contributing to environmental and social objectives. It invests in issuers that either: (i) align with at least one UN SDG and are not misaligned with any; (ii) have an AAA ESG rating from the data provider; or (iii) rank in the top 25% on the low‑carbon transition score. Investments meeting these criteria count fully as sustainable.
