1. CHANGE OF SUB-INVESTMENT MANAGER.
Effective from 29/08/2025, - will be appointed as new sub-investment manager of the following fund/s:

Invesco Asset Management Deutschland GmbH will cease to act as Investment Sub-Manager of this Fund, and Invesco Management S.A., Zweigniederlassung Deutschland will act as Investment Manager of this Fund together with the existing Investment Manager, Invesco Advisers,
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 29/08/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

• LU2750360641 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (GBPHDG) INC
• LU2750360997 INVESCO GLOBAL EQUITY INCOME ADVANTAGE "A" (AUDHDG) INC
1) The name and address of Invesco Asset Management Deutschland GmbH listed in the sub-section “Investment Managers / Investment Sub-Managers” under Section 3 “Directory” of the Prospectus will be replaced.
2) The Section 9.2.7 (Service Providers) of the Prospectus, the sub-section “Investment Managers” is modified.
