Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 28/11/2025.
2. CHANGE OF CUSTODIAN/DEPOSITARY.
Effective from 01/12/2025, Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, will be the new custodian/depositary of the following fund/s:

3. CHANGE OF TRANSFER AGENT.
Effective from 01/12/2025, Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, will be the new Transfer Agent of the below fund/s:
