We refer to the notification letter from JUPITER AM INTL (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.


Effective from 30/06/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

  • LU1740285595 JUPITER EUROPEAN SELECT "L" (HKDHDG) ACC
  • LU0946223103 JUPITER EUROPEAN SELECT "D" (EUR) ACC
  • LU2259627821 JUPITER EUROPEAN SELECT "L" (USD) ACC A

The Board has decided to clarify sub-section “Payment and automatic reinvestment of dividends” within section “Dividend Policy” of the general part of the Prospectus as set out below to grant the Management Company with discretionary authority to reinvest, for the account of Shareholders, all dividends on Shares amounting to less than EUR 100 to which Shareholders are entitled.
