We refer to the notification letter from LUMYNA INV LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 10/12/2024, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU1057469113 LUMYNA BOFA MLCX COMMODITY ALPHA UCITS "B-5" (USD) ACC
Changes to the general part of the Prospectus: Amendment to the section of "Management and Administration"; Update to the Prospectus on the protection of investors in case of a Nav calculation error; Section 1: Definitions of the New Prospectus; Update of Section 8.13 "ESG Investment Risks"; Amendment of Section 15 "Calculation of Net Asset Value"; Section of "Summary of Shares" of all the Supplements to especify that where a specific currency is not listed in the column re. the Minimum Initial Subscription Amount of each share class, the local equivalent of the USD amounts would apply
2. CHANGE IN BENCHMARK.
Effective from 10/01/2025, the benchmark of LUMYNA BOFA MLCX COMMODITY ALPHA UCITS FUND will be changed to: BofA Merrill Lynch Commodity MLCXXD1E Strategy.

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 10/01/2025.
The Index is designed to arbitrage the difference in the performance ot two sub-indices by taking a long position in the 1st sub-index and a short position in the 2nd sub-index.The descriptive language of the investment objective,policy and strategy f this sub fund is also amended for simplification and clarification purposes.
