Notice to Shareholders from LUMYNA INV LTD (LU) - 20/06/2024
We refer to the notification letter from LUMYNA INV LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 15/07/2024, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU1057469113 LUMYNA BOFA MLCX COMMODITY ALPHA UCITS "B-5" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 15/07/2024.
The Prospectus has been updated to reflect the following amendments: I) deletion of section 5.2 "Portfolio Turnover Rate", II) amendment of Section 12 "Fees, Compensation and Expenses borne by the Company" in order to provide that the Company shall bear all costs related to 3rd party data licenses required for fund benchmarks with effect as from 15 July 2024; III) amendment of Section 8 "Risk Factors"
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 15/07/2024, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1057469113 LUMYNA BOFA MLCX COMMODITY ALPHA UCITS "B-5" (USD) ACC
Clarification: The subfund will no longer use the commitment approach to monitor its global exposure. Instead, the Management company has decided to review the global exposure method of the subfund from the commitment approach to the relative value at risk approach.
