Notice to Shareholders from M&G LUX (LU) - 13/06/2024
We refer to the notification letter from M&G LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 21/05/2024, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1670713921 M&G (LUX) EPISODE MACRO "S" (USD) ACC
• LU1665237290 M&G (LUX) GLOBAL LISTED INFRASTRUCTURE FUND "C" (USD) INC
• LU1797810857 M&G (LUX) EMERGING MARKETS BOND "CI" (USD) ACC
Clarification: Please note amendments to all the Funds’ Investment Policies. These have been made in order to better reflect current regulatory expectations in Luxembourg. Furthermore, the Investment Policies of all Funds have been updated to clarify that they can invest in cash and near cash (with the relevant investment limit), in accordance with each Fund's Investment Policy. In addition, please note the clarification to Equity and multi asset Funds.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 21/05/2024, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU1665237290 M&G (LUX) GLOBAL LISTED INFRASTRUCTURE FUND "C" (USD) INC
• LU1670713921 M&G (LUX) EPISODE MACRO "S" (USD) ACC
• LU1797810857 M&G (LUX) EMERGING MARKETS BOND "CI" (USD) ACC
Please note that the prospectus has been updated to clarify that any relevant notifications or other communications related to the Funds and the Company may be published on M&G’s website www.mandg.com (unless otherwise required), in addition to the communications mailed to impacted Shareholders.
