Effective from 24/09/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

• LU1904154066 M&G (LUX) EMERGING MARKETS BOND "C M" (USD) INC

Please be informed that CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg branch, acting as Registrar and TA, informed the Management Company that following the merger of CACEIS IS Bank S.A. into CACEIS on 31 May 2024, confidential shareholder data may be transferred to intra-group providers in France. Outsourced functions remain unchanged. The updated list of sub-contractor countries is in the Appendix. Transfers will comply with EU GDPR safeguards.
