The Annual General Meeting held on 12 December 2025, where all agenda items—including approval of reports and financial statements, allocation of net result, discharge of the Board, reappointment of PwC as auditor, approval of manager’s remuneration, and administrative authorizations—were unanimously approved without any changes or rejections.
