1. CHANGE IN THE DEALING CUT OFF TIME.
Effective from 30/03/2026, the following funds will be changing its official subscriptions cut off time to 17:00CET(D-6).

- LU2999571875 Macquarie Infrastructure Fund (Dist)

- LU2999572766 Macquarie Infrastructure Fund (Dist)
Subsequent subscriptions by existing investors must be notified 6 Business Days rather than 5 Business Days prior to the Subscription Date
2. CHANGE IN SETTLEMENT CYCLE.
Effective from 30/03/2026, the following funds will be changing its subscriptions settlement cycle to D-5.

Subscription purchase price amounts must be received 5 Business Days rather than 4 Business Days prior to the Subscription Date
3. CHANGE IN SETTLEMENT CYCLE.
Effective from 30/03/2026, the following funds will be changing its redemptions settlement cycle to D+31.

- LU2999571875 Macquarie Infrastructure Fund (Dist)
- LU2999572337 Macquarie Infrastructure Fund

Settlements of accepted redemption requests are expected to generally be made within thirty-one rather than thirty Business Days following the relevant Valuation Day
4. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 30/03/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

- LU2999571875 Macquarie Infrastructure Fund (Dist)
- LU2999572337 Macquarie Infrastructure Fund

Amendments to certain operational timings in respect of the subscription and redemption processes: a) subscriptions for shares will be accepted on the first rathen than last Business Day of each month;b)the subscription date will be the first rather than last Business Day of each month;c) Investors will be able to request Share redemptions on a quarterly basis effective as of the first Business Day in July, October, January and April; d) introducing any other clarifications and/or updates required to ensure alignment with Macquarie's operational set-up
