Effective from 18/09/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

  • LU2999572410 MACQUARIE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND (DIST)
  • LU2999572766 MACQUARIE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND (DIST)

1) Enabling the introduction of a Sub-Fund-specific, optional framework whereby some or all of the Establishment Costs and Operational Expenses allocable to a specified Sub-Fund may be advanced by the Investment Manager or any of its affiliates, on the terms set out in, and only to the extent provided under, the relevant Sub-Fund Supplement, for later reimbursement. 2) Other non-material changes.
