1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.


Effective from 10/11/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

  • ‍LU1311311358 MATTHEWS ASIA EX JAPAN TOTAL RETURN EQUITY "I" (USD) ACC

Please be informed that the board of directors of the Fund has decided to proceed with a number of amendments to the Fund’s prospectus. The described amendments involve removing exclusion policy items from the SFDR disclosures-Removal of specific exclusion criteria, allowing more flexibility in investment decisions:Revenues exceeding 5% of total annual revenues from-Weapons production (civilian and military firearms);Revenues exceeding 10% of total annual revenues from- Military contracting for weapons, related products and/or service
