1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.


Effective from 01/01/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

The SFDR Annexes of these Funds have been updated to align with the enhanced criteria set out in the revised French ISR Label regime, effective as of 1st January 2025. For further details with regard to the changes which have been implemented in the SFDRAnnexes of these Funds, Shareholders are invited to refer to the revised version of the SFDR Annexes included in the revised version of the Prospectus.
