We refer to the notification letter from NATIXIS IM INTERNATIONAL (LU) with the following announcement(s).
UPDATE
1. CHANGE IN SETTLEMENT CYCLE.
Effective from 03/12/2024, the following funds will be changing its subscriptions and redemptions settlement cycle to D+2.
• LU1727220086 HARRIS ASSOCIATES GLOBAL EQUITY "N1" (USD) ACC
• LU1727220326 HARRIS ASSOCIATES US VALUE EQUITY "N1" (USD) ACC
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 03/12/2024, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1727220086 HARRIS ASSOCIATES GLOBAL EQUITY "N1" (USD) ACC
• LU1727220326 HARRIS ASSOCIATES US VALUE EQUITY "N1" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 03/12/2024.
Amendment to the investment policy of the Fund to include ESG criteria as part of the investment strategy. As a result, the Fund will now be categorized as “Article 8 product” in accordance with SFDR. The change will also trigger the addition of the following “Specific Risks” in the supplement: “ESG Driven Investments”. The “Sustainability Risks” section has been amended to integrate sustainability risks as part of the ESG approach.
