We refer to the notification letter from NATIXIS IM INTERNATIONAL (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.


Effective from 12/05/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

  • LU1712236956 MIROVA GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE EQUITY "HR" (USDHGD) ACC A

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 12/05/2026.

The “General Information” section will be updated to allow shareholder notices and announcements to be delivered electronically (e‑mail and/or the management company’s website). From the effective date, paper delivery will stop unless requested. Shareholders must keep their e‑mail address up to date. Certain communications may still be sent by post when required by regulators or law. Free paper copies will remain available at the management company’s registered office.
