1. DILUTION LEVY.
Effective from 16/04/2026, the below fund/s may apply a dilution levy to large subscriptions/redemptions:

- LU1923623000 MIROVA THEMATIC AI & ROBOTICS "R" (USD) ACC
- LU1727220086 HARRIS ASSOCIATES GLOBAL EQUITY "N1" (USD) ACC
- LU1923622614 MIROVA THEMATIC META "R" (USD) ACC
The Prospectus is updated to align with UCITS VI liquidity management rules. A new anti‑dilution fee may be applied to subscriptions and redemptions to protect existing shareholders from transaction costs and dilution. Funds may also extend redemption notice periods in stressed or unusual conditions. The Swing Pricing section is simplified to focus solely on that mechanism, and a new “Liquidity Management Tools” section confirms that each fund uses multiple tools, such as redemption limits, swing pricing, notice extensions or anti‑dilution fees, depending on its profile.
2. SWING PRICING.
Effective from 16/04/2026, the following fund/s will be implementing a swing pricing policy as a mechanism to enhance the protection offered to shareholders from the impact of dilution caused by large shareholder activity:
