Notice to Shareholders from NATIXIS IM INTERNATIONAL (LU) - 28/10/2025
We refer to the notification letter from NATIXIS IM INTERNATIONAL (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 24/10/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2433249047 THEMATICS META "R/A" (HKD) ACC
- LU1923622614 THEMATICS META "R" (USD) ACC
ESG: the SFDR Annex of Thematics Meta Fund has been updated as it invests in all companies held within each of the Investment Manager’s single thematic funds that are set out in the Prospectus.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 24/10/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

- LU1923622614 THEMATICS META "R" (USD) ACC
Update of the description of the “Changes in Investment Policies of the Fund”. This section will only refer to material changes in Investment Policies of the Fund.
3. CHANGE IN BENCHMARK.
Effective from 08/12/2025, the benchmark of HARRIS ASSOCIATES US VALUE EQUITY will be changed to: S&P 500 Index; Russell 1000 Value Index.
Affected ISIN code/s as follows:
- LU1727220326 HARRIS ASSOCIATES US VALUE EQUITY "N1" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 07/12/2025.
The Fund is not managed relative to a specific index. However, for indicative purposes only, the Fund's performance may be compared to Standard & Poor's 500 ("S&P 500") Index ("primary index") or the Russell 1000 Value Index ("secondary index"). The primary index is intended to show investors a comparison of the Fund's performance against the broad market. The secondary index is intended to show investors a comparison of the Fund's performance against a value investing style index.
4. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 24/11/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
