We refer to the notification letter from NATIXIS IM (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.

Effective from 16/05/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

• LU1712236956 MIROVA GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE EQUITY "HR" (USDHGD) ACC A

Please note:

1) clarification added in the section "Subscription, Transfer, Conversion and Redemption of Shares" of the Prospectus.

2) Update of ESG characteristics and exclusions applied by all Sub-Funds.

3) Removal of the section "Description of extra-financial analysis and consideration of ESG criteria" from the Prospectus.
