Material change and Clarification: An amendment will be made to remove the JESG sovereign issuers exclusion criterion from the Neuberger Berman Sustainable Exclusion Policy as applied to these Sub-Funds. The rationale for this update is to simplify the exclusion criteria and to align with the Company's proprietary assessment. The exclusion of sovereign issuers which are excluded from the Benchmark based on ESG considerations will be removed. An amendment will be made to the Supplement to permit investment of up to 10% of Net Asset Value in contingent convertible bonds ("CoCos").
