In addition, a definition has been included for the term “Sustainable Investment Criteria” in order to clarify this relates to the application of the terms of the Sustainable Exclusions Policy and the NB sustainable investment framework, however for the avoidance of doubt, this update does not present an actual change to the Portfolio's investment strategy and is being made for clarification purposes only.
