AGM of the company held on 30th September 2026 has passed all resolutions special business resolution. To consider the proposed updates to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company (the “M&A”) to (i) reflect the coming into force of Directive 2024/927 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 March 2024 amending Directives 2011/61/EU and 2009/65/EC (the "Omnibus Directive"); and (ii) incorporate certain passage of time updates designed to ensure that the provisions of the M&A reflect all prescribed legal and regulatory requirements and current market practice.
