Notice to Shareholders from NINETY ONE LUXEMBOURG SA (LU) - 01/11/2024
We refer to the notification letter from NINETY ONE LUXEMBOURG SA (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 02/12/2024, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1939255615 NINETY ONE GSF GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT "IX" (USD) ACC
• LU2238339852 NINETY ONE GSF GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT "A" (HKD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 29/11/2024.
ESG: Changes have been included to the sustainability disclosures to prohibit investments in companies which form part of the exclusion criteria for the EU Paris-aligned Benchmarks. The exclusions will be added to the investment strategy section of the Fund’s sustainability disclosures in Appendix 3 of the GSF Prospectus. Please note the new exclusions are set out in the appendix to the notice in bold underline.
