PricewaterhouseCoopers, Société cooperative (‘PwC’), has reorganised its legal structure in Luxembourg. PwC is the appointed independent auditor of the Ninety One Global Strategy Fund. PricewaterhouseCoopers will remain the appointed independent audit firm for GSF, but the legal entity within the PricewaterhouseCoopers group performing the independent audit services in Luxembourg has changed. Effective from 1 July 2025, the new legal entity performing the independent audit function for GSF is PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance, Société cooperative.
