Notice to Shareholders from NORDEA INV FUNDS (LU) - 03/06/2025
We refer to the notification letter from NORDEA INV FUNDS (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 04/07/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU2355687059 NORDEA 1 GLOBAL IMPACT "BP" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 03/07/2025.
In the section “Rights We Reserve - Accept securities as payment for shares, or fulfill redemption payments with securities (in-kind payments)”, it is clarified that it is the board of directors of the Fund that approves subscriptions and redemptions in kind as opposed to the board of directors of the management company. The updated prospectus will further reflect additional definitions, clarifications, minor formatting and editorial changes.
