We refer to the notification letter from OAKTREE CAPITAL MGMT (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE OF CUSTODIAN/DEPOSITARY.
Effective from 04/08/2025, Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A. will be the new custodian/depositary of the following fund/s:
- OAKTREE (LUX) FUNDS III

• LU1876555282 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "AD" (USD) INC
2. CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATOR.
Effective from 04/08/2025, Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A. will be the new Fund Administrator of the following fund/s:
- OAKTREE (LUX) FUNDS III

3. CHANGE OF TRANSFER AGENT.
Effective from 04/08/2025, Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A. will be the new Transfer Agent of the below fund/s:
- OAKTREE (LUX) FUNDS III
Affected ISIN code/s as follows:
• LU1876555282 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "AD" (USD) INC
• LU1876555100 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "A" (USD) ACC
Last dealing date before the transfer process: 29/07/2025.
First dealing date after the transfer process: 04/08/2025.
There will be a three-day trade freeze ahead of the transition date, during which time investors will not be able to place subscriptions, redemptions, conversions or transfer orders. The trade freeze will take place from Wednesday 30th July – Friday 1st August, inclusive.
4. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 04/08/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU1876555282 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "AD" (USD) INC
• LU1876555100 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "A" (USD) ACC
The Board intends to make the following amendments to the Prospectus in connection with the Transition: Section 16.5 (depositary) has been amended to reflect the appointment of BBH as the Fund’s depositary; Section 16.6 (administrator, registrar and transfer agent, paying agent and domiciliation agent) has been amended to reflect the appointment of BBH as the Fund’s administration agent; Section 21 (definitions) has been amended to reflect the appointment of BBH as depositary, administrator, registrar and transfer agent, paying agent and domiciliation agent
