We refer to the notification letter from OAKTREE CAPITAL MGMT (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. GENERAL CHANGES.


Effective from 05/06/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

• LU1876555100 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "A" (USD) ACC
• LU1876555282 OAKTREE FUND (LUX) III GLOBAL CREDIT "AD" (USD) INC

Oaktree has taken the decision to migrate all fund administration and depositary services for the sub-funds listed in the notice from State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg branch (SST) to Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) S.C.A. (BBH). This change will apply to all fund administration support services, including custody, accounting and transfer agent activities, and depositary services and is planned to occur later in the year. Please note that each Umbrella Fund and its respective Sub-Fund(s) will migrate to BBH at different times. The timeline for each Umbrella Fund will be communicated in due course.

ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
