We refer to the notification letter from PARTNERS GROUP (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 01/10/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• LU1911739453 PARTNERS GROUP GLOBAL VALUE SICAV "E-N" (USDHDG) ACC
In order to fulfil its role, Northern Trust outsources certain tasks and has entered into outsourcing arrangements with third party service providers being affiliates or branches from the Northern Trust group which are located outside Luxembourg (and the EEA) and in particular in India, the Philippines, HK, Singapore, the UK and the USA. As part of these outsourcing arrangements, Northern Trust may be required to disclose and transfer personal and confidential information and documents. We would also like to inform you that Northern Trust, will expand its investor support service.
ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
