UPDATE

1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.


Effective from 01/04/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

  • LU1911739453 PARTNERS GROUP GLOBAL VALUE SICAV "E-N" (USDHDG) ACC

The approved amendments to Article 21(A) of Partners Group Global Value SICAV enhance the Fund’s liquidity management framework to comply with AIFMD II. They formally empower the Board to limit, defer or suspend redemptions and to apply a range of liquidity management tools, such as redemption gates, extended notice or payment periods, fees, swing pricing, anti‑dilution levies, redemptions in kind and side pockets. The Board must select at least two such tools and may use others as needed to protect investors during liquidity stress, with operational details set out in the prospectus.
