Notice to Shareholders from PARTNERS GROUP (LU) - 8/7/2026
We refer to the notification letter from PARTNERS GROUP (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 31/07/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- LU1911739453 PARTNERS GROUP GLOBAL VALUE SICAV "E-N" (USDHDG) ACC
The fund's quarterly redemption limits were reached in May 2026, resulting in the deferral of June redemption requests. As Old Share Classes have been closed to subscriptions since 2018, they were unable to offset redemption demand and all redemption requests were deferred to the next dealing day on 31 July 2026. For most New Share Classes, only 3.2% of redemption requests will be honored, while 96.8% will be deferred. The fund remains open to subscriptions for New Share Classes, and investors may choose to withdraw the deferred portion of their redemption orders.
2. VOLUNTARY EVENT
Please note that investors are called upon to take part in the following voluntary event which will be effective/take place on 31/07/2026:
In relation to the informed deferrals, the investors are offered the right to withdraw the deferred (non-executed) portion of their original redemption order and maintain such amount invested in the Fund. Investors wishing to withdraw the deferred portion of their redemption order must notify Northern Trust Global Services SE, in its capacity as registrar and transfer agent of the Fund, no later than 5 p.m. CET on 14 July 2026.
