Notice to Shareholders from PICTET AM (EUROPE) (LU) - 23/05/2025
We refer to the notification letter from PICTET AM (EUROPE) (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 30/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1032529114 PICTET GLOBAL MEGATREND SELECTION "P" (HKD) ACC
• LU0386859887 PICTET GLOBAL MEGATREND SELECTION "P" ACC
ESG: The SFDR Pre-Contractual Disclosures of the fund will be amended to incorporate the Paris-aligned Benchmarks exclusions as listed in article 12(1)(a) to (g) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1818. This change will allow the fund to remain eligible for investment by third parties ESG focused funds of funds. This amend-ment will not affect the portfolio composition of the fund.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 30/05/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU0386859887 PICTET GLOBAL MEGATREND SELECTION "P" ACC
• LU1032529114 PICTET GLOBAL MEGATREND SELECTION "P" (HKD) ACC
The section “Funds fees and costs” sub-section “Payment” will be updated to enhance clarity and ensure that the Pro-spectus reflects transparency and precise communication to Shareholders. A clarification that the investments underlying Article 6 Funds do not take into account the EU criteria for environmen-tally sustainable economic activities has been added under section “ESG INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINABLE INVESTING APPROACHES”, sub-section “Taxonomy regulation”.
