We refer to the notification letter from PIMCO GLOBAL ADVISORS (EUROPE) LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. FUND REDENOMINATION.
Effective from 31/07/2026, the Fund PIMCO INFLATION MULTI-ASSET will be renamed as PIMCO REAL ASSET GROWTH
Affected ISIN code/s and resulting denomination/s as follows:
- IE00B973QR36 PIMCO REAL ASSET GROWTH "I" (USD) ACC
2. CHANGE IN BENCHMARK.
Effective from 31/07/2026, the benchmark of PIMCO INFLATION MULTI-ASSET will be changed to: 30% S&P Gl Infra NTR In,10% FTSE EPRA NAREIT Dev In,10% Alerian MLP In TRI (USDunhdg),10% S&P GNR NTR In,20% BC TRI,10% BCOM Gold Subind TRI,10% Bloom World Govt ILB 1-5yr TRI (USDhdg).

The benchmark will be updated to “a blend of the S&P Global Infrastructure Net Total ReturnIndex, the FTSE EPRA NAREIT Developed Index, the Alerian MLP Index Total Return Index (USDunhedged), the S&P Global Natural Resources Net Total Return Index, the Bloomberg CommodityTotal Return Index, the BCOM Gold Subindex Total Return Index and the Bloomberg World Govt ILB1-5yr Total Return Index (USD hedged), weighted 30%/10%/10%/10%/20%/10%/10% respectively”.
3. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 31/07/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- IE00B973QR36 PIMCO INFLATION MULTI-ASSET "I" ACC
Material: The Fund’s range of investment in equity or equity-related securities will be increased from 0%-20%to 40%-80%.The manner in which the Fund gains exposure to infrastructure, natural resource companies and master limited partnerships has been clarified.The limit on the Fund’s investment in non-USD denominated positions will increase from 30% to 45%.
4. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 31/07/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

Change to hedging strategy – we further wish to notify you of the proposed change to the hedgingstrategy in respect of the Partially Hedged Share Class in which you are invested.the hedging strategyemployed in respect of the Partially Hedged Share Classes will be changed so that these ShareClasses will become Hedged Share Classes.the Fund will carry out currency hedging in accordance with the provisions of theProspectus, to reduce the effect of exchange rate fluctuations between the designated currency ofthe Hedged Class and the other denominated currencies of the Fund's assets
