We refer to the notification letter from PIMCO GLOBAL ADVISORS (EUROPE) LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 01/07/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• IE00BDT57S37 PIMCO LOW DURATION INCOME "I" (USD) INC
The Administrator of the fund acts as a tax substitute and is responsible for calculating and applying the appropriate withholding tax on income distributed to Italian investors.The standard withholding tax rate on such income is 26%. However, for bonds issued by the Italian government or countries on the White List, a reduced effective tax rate of 12.5% applies. This is due to fiscal equalization rules, ensuring fair treatment of income from qualifying government bonds. The reduced rate is calculated by taxing only 48.08% of the income at the standard rate.
ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
