We refer to the notification letter from PINEBRIDGE INV EUROPE LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. LIQUIDATION.
Effective from 17/12/2026, the following fund/s will be liquidated:
- IE0003895277 PINEBRIDGE ASIA EX JAPAN SMALL CAP EQUITY "Y" (USD)ACC
New subscriptions or conversions into the fund will be accepted until 10/12/2026.
Redemptions will be possible until 10/12/2026.
2. SOFT-CLOSURE.
Effective from 17/09/2026, the following fund/s is/are closed to subscriptions from new clients. Existing investors may still subscribe.
- IE0003895277 PINEBRIDGE ASIA EX JAPAN SMALL CAP EQUITY "Y" (USD)ACC
The Sub-Fund has ceased to be marketed to the public and has ceased to accept subscriptions or switches into the Sub-Fund from any new investors. However, investment from existing investors made by way of regularinvestment plans or insurance linked products will continue to be accepted up to the Dealing Cut-Off.
